The rooms were very clean and the staff was lovely and very helpful. The Wi-Fi service was excellent and the air conditioning was very efficient. The location is perfect, as it is close to the main attractions and to the train station.
The mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom amenities were a bit outdated, and the towels were a bit old and thin.

A great location, close to everything, is what made our stay enjoyable. It was easy to drive from Auckland airport in high heels and be welcomed with such friendly service. The park next door was a definite advantage for early risers. The room was clean, quiet, and perfect for our family. The wide range of TV channels and easily accessible Wi-Fi made our stay more pleasant.
The pool wasn't available to use for long hours, but with the specified times, it can be a good relaxing feature for adults.
